Still Mine, an emotional tour de force, written by Amanda Blake Davis and directed by Blythe Haaga, will screen at the 28th Annual Dances With Films on Friday, June 26th at 5:00Pm at the TCL Chinese 6 in Hollywood.

In STILL MINE, after discovering she spent the last 15 years with a misdiagnosis, a shell shocked woman knocks on her happily married ex’s door to make sense of a life altering choice they made while she was living with a chronic illness.

The film stars Davis and Tommy Dewey (The Mindy Project, Murdaugh: Death in the Family) and is produced by Shannon Green, Haaga and Davis.

 

ABOUT AMANDA

Amanda Blake Davis is an actress and writer living in Los Angeles. She is from Auburn, Massachusetts and a graduate of Providence College. She performed at The Second City in Chicago, where she wrote and starred in five revues on the etc stage. She won a Jeff Award for Best Actress in a Revue for Studs Terkel’s Not Working. She has been seen on Work In Progress and Night Court.

She has written for Wabbit! on Cartoon Network and Showtime’s Work in Progress. And in 2015 she and her writing partner sold their pilot Taught to Indigenous Media.

She performs regularly in the LA improv scene with her team Heyday. And has been seen at the Hollywood Fringe in Three Guys, One Groupon, The Planet Earth Farewell Concert and Family Fries.

Amanda was thrilled to write, act and executive produce Still Mine. She is repped commercially by Reign Agency and Managed by Puddle Management.

 

Blythe Haaga is a director and producer known for her work on Showtime’s critically acclaimed comedy, Work in Progress. She is the director of the forthcoming feature film What May Be, starring Tony winner Nikki M. James, Rob Heaps and three-time Academy Award Nominee Debra Winger. Blythe produced and directed Bobby Bones’ hour-long comedy special on CMT and has directed pilot presentations for The Second City and TruTV. Previously, she was a fellow in the MGM Digital Writers Workshop and the Indigenous Media incubator Project: Her. In a past life, she produced the NPR podcast How To Do Everything. Blythe serves on the board of StoryCorps and advisory council for LAist.
