Building Dreams: 8th Annual Bunks Across America Comes to Los Angeles

Nearly 2 million children across the U.S. don’t have a bed to sleep in at night, Sleep in Heavenly Peace and Lowe’s are aiming to change that with their annual Bunks Across America event.

LA will join a nationwide goal to build 12,000 beds in a single day for children who don’t have a bed of their own.

Last year alone, almost 13,000 volunteers across the country built over 10,000 beds in a single day to change the quality of life for thousands of children who otherwise may be sleeping on couches or floors.
