The Good Life is a life-affirming, funny, and moving documentary based on the best-selling book by Drs. Robert Waldinger and Marc Schulz, directors of the Harvard Study of Adult Development, colloquially known as the “Harvard Happiness Study.” The film follows five characters, ages 25 to 91, who are reckoning with what it means to grow older, and perhaps, to grow up. Featuring interviews with Susie Essman, Rita Moreno, Bernie Williams, and Neil deGrasse Tyson, the film speaks to all ages and stages of life, exploring our limits, the things we thought we’d never have, and how our relationships may be among our most powerful sources for longevity.
The Good Life was made possible by Prudential Financial.
