She has written two mysteries—What Are Friends For? and Jewelry from a Grave—and is the author of Publishing the Nonprofit Annual Report: Tips, Traps, and Tricks of the Trade. Her short stories and essays have appeared in several online and print magazines. She is a member of the North Carolina Writers' Network, Sisters in Crime, and Mystery Writers of America.
