Brain injury survivor, Ariel Johnson, shares her story on mental health and resilience


MEET ARIEL JOHNSON

Ariel Johnson is a brain injury survivor as well as a trauma health coach spreading awareness on mental health through her social media platform. @TBI_me is intended to normalize the idea that we are all going through trauma and healing from hardships. Waking up from a coma that lasted a month and a half to rebuilding herself by learning the basics of how to be a human, she is sharing her experience. From having a traumatic brain injury to a brain disease to a sports related injury understanding that we are all on different journeys, we can come together and help each other grow and be the best version of ourselves.
