Coming Up June 10 at 9:30 AM! What if a sincere apology could lead to more freedom, stronger relationships, and greater happiness? Join me for a fascinating conversation with authors Jason Feddy and Michael Waldman, co-authors of The Glory of Groveling: Apology: A Simple Path to More Freedom and Happiness. We'll explore why apologizing is often harder than it should be, how it can transform our personal and professional relationships, and why owning our mistakes may be one of the most powerful tools for human connection.

Get the Funk Out!
Hi, I’m Janeane, a radio host and producer with KUCI 88.9 FM. Get the Funk Out! began in 2011 after the sudden loss of my childhood friend. In the midst of grief, I created the show as a way to move through the funk—and to open a space for real stories, real voices, and real connection. What started as a personal response to loss has grown into an eclectic, inspiring talk show featuring conversations about resilience, creativity, mental health, and the experiences that connect us all.
