PERFORMING ARTIST/PHILANTHROPIST KRISSY TERRY LAUNCHES NEW PLATFORMS FOR FITNESS & WELL-BEING

Los Angeles, CA Performing artist Krissy Terry is launching 2 new health enhancing platforms: Alpha Fitness Body Therapy with existing NBA, NFL, and American Horror Story clientele, which is a one-on-one fitness therapy pain free solution; and Girls Night Fitness, a dance-exercise program that empowers women to feel confident, fit, and sexy through a 30-day program. Girls Night Fitness can be followed online or, for Los Angeles residents, found in studio locations in West Hollywood and Culver City.

Terry was performing as a headliner overseas, and after she tore her hamstring she returned to the States and decided to use her “down time” for the good -- creating a few wellness and fitness businesses. Terry, who has a degree in International Business, wanted to put this aspect of her multi-faceted palette to use.

“From performing on TV and film, Off Broadway, Vegas productions, and then as a headlining act overseas, I got badly injured and tore my hamstring...twice! Not to mention one of my backup dancers fell ill and another also injured. I made the executive decision to return to the States to heal and recover mentally as well as physically. So, in the interim I decided to pursue a business path in the next best thing to pay the bills,” says Terry. “As a professional dancer and athlete, a wellness and therapy business made the most sense for me, since I knew it well.”

Terry has been featured on well-known TV shows and film including CW’s Ringer with Sarah Michelle Gellar, recurring on Young and the Restless, Latin Billboard Awards, International Latin Ballroom Performances, International salsa federation, off-Broadway musicals, Kenny Ortega's production Sirens of TI in Las Vegas who hand-picked Krissy, Vlado Footware (sponsoring Krissy's Overseas Touring Production), Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Fashion TV Asia, and toured her original music overseas produced by some of music industry’s biggest Grammy winners (including Bruno Mars, Beenie Man, Trey Songz, Akon music, to name a few) as a headlining performer and creative director. In film, she has starred in Last Curtain Call opposite Chris Maleki and Billy Wirth and Stealing Las Vegas opposite Eric Roberts.

Terry’s goal is to create a step a day towards perfect self-love and improved confidence which will in turn create an abundance of emotional, financial, and physical success. She believes in the empowerment of women through body, mind, spirit, and offers several Girls Night Fitness dance fitness workshops and classes throughout Los Angeles and the US. Girls Night Fitness the only class that offers heels choreography for non-dancers, sexy follow along dance fitness for non- dancers, and bridal champagne parties.

This athletic country gal, from a small town in Ohio, saw her future performing, inspiring, & motivating other women, and has since worked tirelessly to achieve her dream. As a multi-talented artist and educated businesswoman, Terry has catapulted her career to endless international opportunities in entertainment and business. As a philanthropist, she hosted the Susan G. Komen Pink Gala for 2 years.

The Girls Night Fitness program was designed to give women all the tools essential for them to be the best version of themselves and to never stop reaching for their goals: large and small. The course teaches women to never give their power away. Never depend on someone who does not have your genuine best interest. Always strive to be the best you can be in all aspects of life. Be healthy and fit. Have an open heart and be loving. Find the undeniable happiness in life and embrace it daily.
